反社会的勢力排除に対するポリシー

普莱恩科技有限公司（PULAEN Technology Co., Ltd）（以下、「当社」という。）は、日本政府が公表する「企業が反社会的勢力による被害を防止するための指針」を踏まえ、以下の通りに反社会的勢力の排除方針を表明いたします。

1. 反社会的勢力との関係遮断

当社は、当社が下記の各号いずれにも該当しないこと、かつ将来にわたっても該当しないことを表明し、確約いたします。

• 暴力団、暴力団構成員、暴力団関係企業もしくは関係者、総会屋、その他の反社会的勢力（以下、「反社会的勢力」という）であること。
• 役員又は実質的に経営を支配する者が反社会的勢力であること、または反社会的勢力であったこと。
• 反社会的勢力を利用、関係していること。

2. 不当要求行為等の禁止

当社は、自ら又は第三者を利用して、下記の各号いずれの行為も行わないことを表明し、確約いたします。

• 暴力的な要求行為。
• 法的な責任を超えた不当な要求行為。
• 取引に関して、脅迫的な言動をし、又は暴力を用いる行為。
• 反社会的勢力への資金提供を行う等、その活動を助長する行為。
• 風説を流布し、偽計又は威力を用いて相手方の信用を毀損し、業務を妨害する行為。
• その他前各号に準ずる行為。

3. 組織的な対応と連携

当社は、当社のお取引先・当社の従業員・その他当社の利害関係先が反社会的勢力に脅かされることがないよう、以下の事項について経営者を中心として全社一体となり、取組んで参ります。

• 反社会的勢力による不当要求に対応する従業員の安全を確保すること。
• 反社会的勢力による不当要求に備えて、平素から、警察、弁護士等の外部の専門機関と緊密な連携関係を構築すること。
• 反社会的勢力とは、取引関係を含めて、一切の関係をもたないこと。
• 反社会的勢力による不当要求は拒絶し、反社会的勢力による不当要求に対しては、民事と刑事の両面から法的対応を行うこと。
• 反社会的勢力による不当要求が、事業活動上の不祥事や従業員の不祥事を理由とする場合であっても、事案を隠ぺいするための裏取引を絶対に行わないこと。
• 反社会的勢力への資金提供は、絶対に行わないこと。
• 以上の有効性を確保するため、社内の風通しを良くし、相談しやすい環境の構築に努めること。

4. 取引先への要請

当社は、上記の方針の有効性を担保するため、従業員やお取引先などに、同様の誓約を求める場合があります。

Basic Policy Against Anti-Social Forces

PULAEN Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby declares its policy to exclude anti-social forces as follows, based on the "Guidelines for Preventing Damage from Anti-Social Forces" published by the Japanese government.

1. Severance of Relationships with Anti-Social Forces

The Company declares and pledges that it does not currently fall under any of the following items and will not fall under any of them in the future:

• Being an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a company affiliated with an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer, or any other anti-social force (hereinafter referred to as "Anti-Social Forces").
• Officers or persons who substantially control the management are Anti-Social Forces or have been Anti-Social Forces.
• Using or having a relationship with Anti-Social Forces.

2. Prohibition of Unjust Demands and Acts

The Company declares and pledges that it will not engage in any of the following acts, either by itself or by using a third party:

• Violent demands.
• Unjust demands beyond legal responsibility.
• Threatening behavior or use of violence regarding transactions.
• Providing funds to Anti-Social Forces or engaging in acts that facilitate their activities.
• Spreading rumors, using fraudulent means or force to damage the credibility of others, or obstructing business.
• Other acts equivalent to the preceding items.

3. Organizational Response and Cooperation

The Company will work as a unified organization, led by management, to ensure that our business partners, employees, and other stakeholders are not threatened by Anti-Social Forces, regarding the following matters:

• Ensuring the safety of employees who respond to unjust demands from Anti-Social Forces.
• Building close cooperative relationships with external specialized agencies such as the police and lawyers in preparation for unjust demands from Anti-Social Forces.
• Having no relationship whatsoever with Anti-Social Forces, including business relationships.
• Refusing unjust demands from Anti-Social Forces and taking legal action from both civil and criminal aspects against such demands.
• Never engaging in backdoor deals to conceal cases, even if the unjust demand from Anti-Social Forces is based on misconduct in business activities or employee misconduct.
• Never providing funds to Anti-Social Forces.
• Striving to build an environment where consultation is easy by improving internal communication to ensure the effectiveness of the above.

4. Request to Business Partners

The Company may request employees and business partners to make similar pledges to ensure the effectiveness of the above policy.
